Hi, Thank you for contacting us. Closest beach is Split mos popular beach Bačvice (beautiful sand beach). Studio apartment 3 has fully equiped kittchen, and all apartments are equiped with kettles, coffe&tea mugs.

Transfer fee is 30€ (cheaper than Uber). You also have airport shuttle bus to Split main station. From there to the apartments takes approx 10-15 mins of walking.

Fantastic local tips given to help us enjoy Split ans the local area.

Luka was a fantastic host who shared his local tips and advise for food/ drinks/ beaches/ taxis etc. We were really well looked after and the room was perfect for 3 friends to shade for a couple of days. A really short walk from the ferry terminal and the old town.

Please have a bottle opener in the room. We had some wine from vineyard we had to take home as we couldn't open it.

Great place to stay easy walks to most places of interest

The location is good with 5 mins walk to the green market and the old town. Easy to get to the ferries and to the Bacvice Beach. Easy reach to find buses. The location is in an apartment area for tourists and locals. A couple of supermarkets a few minutes walk down the road. Luca was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and where to go and where to eat in Split.

No spoons or tea or coffee. Had a kettle but had to find tea and coffee.

A lovely stay, clean space and wonderful staff.

It was a clean space, great location and the check in process was easy. The staff member was so lovely and helpful and gave us a list of all the best places to eat and things to do.

Ideal location

The room was in an ideal location, free parking on the road outside and a five minute walk to the historic centre of Split. The host Luka was exceptionally helpful with regards to parking and information about the City and eating out, sightseeing etc etc. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious.

Luka the host was amazing. He was always asking the right questions and keeping a track of when you are reaching so that he can be present to receive you. He took time to explain everything about the apartment and the location and the near by places. He has ready to share attractions and it came in very handy.

Comfortable stay in a great Location

Great stay. Got a message from Lucas to meet us at check in, we informed him we were driving and needed parking, he got their early and saves us a parking space. Free parking understandably is difficult due to central location in Split. Lucas upgraded our room free of charge and also allowed free late check out. He sent us local recommendations to drink, eat. He was very helpful. The room was a large queen room, clean, wi-fi, TV. Short few minutes walk into the centre of Split with plenty of bars and restaurants. Great stay.

The room was big & in a good location closer to the castle, ferry, Riva etc.

I wish they had a microwave cos it’s easy to reheat or make your coffee & a small iron box to press our clothes

A pleasant stay and Luka a great host - great location in Split

Luka (property host) was very friendly and helpful. Room was big (we booked the one with kitchenette) and I think it was pretty good value for Split in such a central location. Overall a comfortable stay. The air-con was great, and appreciated the dining table area for remote working / eating. The kitchen is well equipped (we’ve not had an oven on many stays) so this was great.

It is a bit tired looking, the bed has a mattress topper on it which makes it very soft, too soft for us but that’s personal preference. There are ants if you leave anything out in the kitchen even for a short time but I think this is just Croatia - they weren’t bad if you made sure to clean up immediately and obviously not leave food out.
